Presentation Options for the ICLMB 2024 Conference
In response to potential travel concerns amidst unforeseen circumstances, the ICLMB Steering Committee has established the following presentation modes policy for the 2024 conference:
If an author registers for the conference but is unable to attend physically, their accepted paper will still be published. Proceedings/books will be made available to the author post-conference, ensuring their paper's publication and indexation are unaffected.
Please indicate your preference for presentation mode by emailing info@usidri.org by October 15, 2024.
- Option 1: On-Site Presentation
- Deliver a 20-minute presentation with Q&A on-site at the congress.
- Bring your PowerPoint or presentation on a standard USB Flash Memory.
- Each conference room is equipped with a Laptop, Projector, and necessary AV equipment.
- Option 2: Remote Interactive Presentation via Zoom
- Deliver a 20-minute presentation with Q&A remotely using Zoom.
- A Zoom link/code and presentation schedule will be provided via info@usidri.org in November 2024.
- Speakers typically use voice-over slide presentations, but the format is flexible.
- Option 3: Non-Interactive Remote Presentation
- Submit a pre-recorded 20-minute presentation accessible via URL/link.
- Provide the URL to info@usidri.org by November 16, 2024.
- Presentation links will be compiled into a file and made available on the ICLMB 2024 website post-conference.
- Poster Papers: On-Site Presentation
- Authors physically attending the conference can present their poster papers on-site.
- Bring a maximum of 12 pages (8.5 X 11 inch) describing the paper or one large poster.
- Pages/posters will be displayed during Poster Sessions.
Authors unable to attend physically can opt for remote presentation modes by informing us at info@usidri.org by October 15, 2024.
These options ensure flexibility and inclusivity for all presenters at the inaugural ICLMB conference.
