Submission Guidelines

All accepted papers from the STEM workshop will be published by Springer Nature. This provides an excellent opportunity for authors to have their work included in a highly reputable publication, ensuring broad visibility within the academic and professional community.

Papers can be submitted through our Submission Portal. Please ensure that your submission adheres to the guidelines provided in the paper template, which can be accessed for reference here. 

•  Accepted papers will have the opportunity to be presented at the conference in one of the following modes:
  In-person presentation: Present your paper physically at the conference venue.
• Virtual presentation: Present your paper remotely through virtual conferencing platforms.
• Recorded presentation: Submit a pre-recorded presentation if you are unable to attend the conference in person or virtually.

Regardless of the presentation mode chosen, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. This ensures that your research contributes to the scholarly discourse and is accessible to the academic community.
